Applicant is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow the sale and dispensing of a full line of alcoholic beverages in conjunction with a new 5,364 sq. ft. restaurant ( 1,778 sq. ft. ground floor, 1,770 sq. ft. second floor, 1,8906 sq. ft. rooftop uncovered terrace) with 157 total seats ( 60 ground floor interior, 49 second floor interior, 48 rooftop uncovered terrace) with hours of operation from 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM daily.

Applicant is seeking renewal of a liquor license for a full line of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption and ancillary beer & wine for off-site consumption at an existing 7,696 sq. ft. Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant with 259 seats and an 828 sq. ft. patio with 36 seats. Hours of operation 8:00 AM-1:00 AM daily.

Possible Committee Action: Issue a letter of support for the project with the condition that the applicant be held to the same operating hours of Monday – Wednesday 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and Thursday – Saturday 9:00 AM – 1:00 AM as previously approved by the Planning and Land Use Committee June 16, 2020 and the Neighborhood Council Board on July 7, 2020.
