Safety Upgrades for Vista del Mar
Improvements include a new U turn at Vista Del Mar and Waterview Street. Retaining two lanes in each direction, new speed tables, new K rail median barriers with fencing between Waterview Street and Imperial Highway, restoring parking on the West side of the street and new speed cameras.
