On Tuesday, January 14 at 6:30pm, the Los Angeles Police Department Commission and Chief Charlie Beck will hold a rare Westside Community meeting. Our Councilman Mike Bonin will be there too. Location: Daniel Webster Middle School 11330 Graham Place LA 90064. The meeting details are in the attached flyer.
This is an opportunity for us to communicate with the Police Commission about what we would like from the LAPD. If you have ever wanted to make suggestions to the decision makers as it relates to LAPD, this is your opportunity. (e.g., we need more officers in cars on our streets, response time concerns, praise and admiration, etc).
It is really important that we have lots of Westchester/Playa people there to show that we are engaged and care about our community and our officers. Please make every effort to come and bring someone with you. Let’s fill the auditorium!
