The Neighborhood Council of Westchester/ Playa was proud to join Council District 11, the CD11 Foundation, and Recreation & Parks in sponsoring the first ever WinterFest holiday celebration at the Westchester Recreation Center on Saturday, December 13.
The Playa Venice Rotary Club served up pancake breakfasts, there was an epic skate jam, a festive photo booth, hands-on arts & crafts, a tree adoption, and even real snow in Westchester! It was a wonderful way to celebrate the season together as a community. Thanks to everyone who made this great event possible!
