NCWP Bylaws & Standing Rules

The Bylaws of the NCWP reflect the Rules of Conduct of our organization. They explain the purpose of the NCWP, its meetings, elections of the board of directors and officers, filling vacancies, notices, types and duties of officers, committees and other routine conduct. Bylaws are in effect a contract among members, and must be formally adopted and/or amended and approved by the Los Angeles City Attorney. NCWP BYLAWS APPROVED 2018

Standing Rules are rules or resolutions that are of a continuing (or standing) nature. These rules deal with administrative matters and function under the umbrella of the NCWP bylaws.  NCWP STANDING RULES APPROVED FEB 2019
