PUBLIC INPUT AT NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL MEETINGS – The public is requested to dial *9, when prompted by the presiding officer, to address the Board on any agenda item before the Board takes an action on an item. Comments from the public on agenda items will be heard only when the respective item is being considered. Comments from the public on other matters not appearing on the agenda that are within the Board’s jurisdiction will be heard during the General Public Comment period.   Please note that under the Brown Act, the Board is prevented from acting on a matter that you bring to its attention during the General Public Comment period; however, the issue raised by a member of the public may become the subject of a future Board meeting. Public comment is limited to 1 minute per speaker, unless adjusted by the presiding officer of the Board.

Cory has extensive knowledge of the Community Plan Update process and remains actively involved as it moves it’s way thru the City and the Planning Department. Cory will give us an information presentation on the State of the Community Plan Update.

AMAAA CORP./ DBA TRIANGLE WINES
6235 W. 87th St., Westchester
Pursuant to L.A.M.C. Section 12.24-W, 1, the Applicant AMAAA Corp. is seeking discretionary approval to allow the sale of beer & wine for off-site and on-site consumption in conjunction with the operation of a new wine shop and wine bar. The establishment will occupy a 905 sf tenant space within an existing commercial located in the Westchester neighborhood. The main operation will be a wine shop which will cover approx 348 sf of the tenant space. There is also an associated wine bar in the rear of the tenant space that covers approximately 300 sf and has 14 seats. The wine shop will operate with an ABC Type #20 License for off-site sales, and an ABC Type #42 License for on-site consumption. Hours of operation are 10am to 12am daily.
The property is within the [Q]C2-1-CDO zone, and is designated Community Commercial under the General Plan Land Use designations. It is located within Council District 11, the Westchester – Playa Del Rey and the Los Angeles State Enterprise Zone.

Noble Hospitality Group, LLC
12751 W. Millenium Dr. #140, Playa Vista
Pursuant to L.A.M.C. Section 12.24-M, the Noble Hospitality Group, LLC is seeking a Master Plan Approval under master case ZA 2013-742 MCUP to allow the sale of a full line of alcohol for on-site consumption and limited live entertainment in conjunction with the operation of a full-service restaurant. The governing MCUP initially allowed 15 alcohol serving establishments within the Runway development. That case was later modified to allow 19 alcohol serving establishments under case ZA 2013-742 MCUP PA1. The subject restaurant will occupy a ground floor tenant space located within the Playa Runway mixed use development. The restaurant will include a 4,512 sf interior space with 195 interior seats. There will also be a 112 sf covered patio with an additional 20 seats, which is located entirely within the parcel. The space was previously occupied by Hal’s Bar & Grill which was permitted to sell alcoholic beverages under ZA 2017-0330 MPA. Proposed hours of operation will be based upon those granted in the Master CUP; 6am to 2am daily.
