Documented to help stakeholders review street infrastructure changes as a factor in changing traffic patterns for future travelers.New FAQ (Fox): Roll-Up of Church and Non-Profit Possible ParcelsSummary of potential new land available in NCWP geography from religious and non-profit organizations development affordable housing on their own properties. Based on possible passage of SB4 (has moved to Senate Governance Committee on 3/21/23).New FAQ (Fox): Reading/Ramsgate Projected Density StudyRecap of development trends in Westchester’s Reading/Ramsgate area. This traditionally a low-density, affordable rental market is rapidly being redevelopment with significantly higher density, market-rate apartments. FAQ supports discussion of how to best consider this important rental area in the future CPU Draft.New FAQ (Birkett): Roll up of details on all recent density projects (answer the community Q re # of affordable units currently)Accurate count of building specs to determine # of market-rate and affordable units have been created in the NCWP geography.
