The FAA is planning on redesigning the entire southern California airspace.
The Trade, Commerce & Tourism committee met and initiated a study lead by the Chief Administrative Office to discuss the pros & cons of turning Ontario International Airport over to The City of Ontario. The study has a 90 day total duration with a 45 day status report. Congresswoman Maxine Waters will be holding meetings to explore the issue/opportunity.
The Airport Relations Committee heard a North Runway & Transportation/Traffic project update given by Diego Alvarez, Regional Transportation Coordinator, LAWA.
