Motion to approve sending letter to david.greenwood@lacity.org, NEPAComments@hcd.ca.gov, and CPDLA@hud.gov objecting to the release of funds in the amount of $66,992,352 for Project Homekey 6531 S. Sepulveda Extended Stay America Hotel since City Charter IX, Sec 907 which clearly states the Neighborhood Councils must be informed and given ample time to participate in the conversation was not provided. Council file 21-0112 should be included on letter.
