Every 10 years following the U.S. Census, the LA City Charter requires that district boundaries for the City Council be redrawn so that each district is substantially equal in population. On Monday, July 12, a hearing will take place (via Zoom) for the Westside to weigh in, and for community members to describe their communities and help shape the council district boundaries.
