- Westchester Town Center Business Improvement District President, Donald Duckworth will speak to the Committee about the BID’S vision and future planned use for their district. He will discuss what is in store for the Staples parcel, potential mixed use on Sepulveda, potential reorientation of commercial frontage onto Sepulveda, and more.
- Report by Kimberly Fox on her meeting with Jeffrey Khau, Senior Planner for Councilwoman Traci park. Kimberly will also discuss the City’s vision from today to 2040 (how long the CPU we’re doing now is likely to be in place) and what they see going into place when using that timeline.
