The CPU is just the zoning aspect of the bigger density plan. The builder incentives to exploit that zoning is part of another program called the Citywide Housing Incentive Program (“CHIP”), an 85-page document outlining loads of density incentives for builders.
Between Monday, April 15 and Tuesday, April 16, 2024, Digester Battery E at Hyperion Water Reclamation Plant experienced leaks. The leaks have been stopped, and staff are actively engaged in the cleanup and drainage process to enable a thorough investigation of their cause.
