At our March 3, 2026 NCWP meeting we discussed traffic safety at Pershing Drive and Manchester in light of the tragic death of Regan Cole-Graham. Potential improvements were heard and considered by stakeholders who shared their thoughts with Councilwoman Traci Park in attendance.
The newest location of the popular burger chain would include a 2,038-square-foot restaurant building, a trash enclosure and restroom building. It would also include 36 outdoor seats and 31 on-site parking spaces.
We marked the 25th Anniversary of the LAX/Community Noise Roundtable and thanked Westchester’s Denny Schneider (former NCWP Member) for years of advocacy protecting neighborhood quality of life.
