4.

The purpose of the CPU Ad-Hoc Committee is to work with CD11 and the Planning Department to accurately represent the sentiments of its’ Stakeholders.

The CPU Ad-Hoc Committee has held multiple meetings, taken the Planning Department on a Community tour and spent many hours engaging with Community groups and individual Stakeholders. The Committee is concerned that CD11 and the Planning Dept. may be being unduly influenced by Community groups attempting to drive the conversation for the CPU. The Committee is concerned that the information presented to CD11 and the City by Community groups may or may not be the sentiment of the majority of the Stakeholders.
