To protect our most vulnerable Angelenos, the City of Los Angeles and County of Los Angeles Senior Centers were closed to the public on Monday March 16th, but will continue to provide meals.
For now, packaged or frozen foods will be distributed for pickup at regular meal sites. Department of Aging is currently working with partners to provide a home delivery service for the meals previously served at dining centers. An update will be shared as soon as it is available.
If you can, please send a caregiver, friend or family member under age 65 to pick up your meals, as the Governor’s Office has asked those ages 65+ to isolate themselves at home to prevent coronavirus exposure.
