NCWP Members and LAPD at our table at WAMWhat a great time the Neighborhood Council had at WAM!

It was wonderful to see so many neighbors come together, enjoy the event, and connect with one another.
One of the most important things we can do as a Neighborhood Council is get to know the people who live in our community. When we know our neighbors, we build stronger connections, look out for one another, and create a community where people feel comfortable speaking up, sharing ideas, and working together.

Events like WAM give us the opportunity to meet neighbors we may not otherwise cross paths with, hear what matters to them, and simply spend some time together as a community. Those relationships are what make a neighborhood feel like more than just a place where we live. We loved seeing everyone and hope to continue building those connections throughout the year. If you haven’t had a chance to get involved with your Neighborhood Council, we’d love to meet you!

Join us at our next Neighborhood Council meeting Tuesday. Come meet your neighbors, learn what’s happening in our community, share your thoughts, and find out how you can get involved.

We look forward to seeing you!
