The Neighborhood Council of Westchester/Playa was a proud sponsor of Westchester Community Carnival, which was presented by the Los Angeles Police Department’s Pacific Area Boosters at the end of May 2026.
The event attracted hundreds of people from throughout the area to Westchester Park for rides, food, games and entertainment for the whole family.
