2.
Approval of 11.19.24 Minutes
3.
- Presentation: 237 Montreal Street by Gregory Shoop. The proposed project is a 3523 SF home.
- Motion to Approve/Modify/Deny
4.
- Presentation by Building a Better Westchester re: 138 Culver Boulevard / Czuker project
- From the Presenter:We consider this a high priority for the Jan 21st PLUC meeting. Czuker’s planning application is on an expedited timeline (thanks to the new rules of density bonus projects). If PLUC agrees with our take on the situation, ideally a motion would come out of PLUC for a Board vote in February, to stay ahead of the expedited approval timeline. (And a point of clarification: BaBWP is not interesting in fighting to stop this by-right project.)
- Motion to Approved/Modify/Deny
5.
- Presentation by Building a Better Westchester re: ” Protecting Small Business as Mixed-Use Commercial density comes online”
- From the Presenter:”We have some creative ideas we think are feasible, and hope the NC can make the “call to arms” for a public/private effort in this area. “
- Motion to Approve/Modify/Deny
