On August 25, 2024 CIRCLE, Crisis and Incident Response Through Community-Led Engagement, will expand to Playa del Rey, Westchester, Oakwood, Mar Vista, Palms and Manchester Square.
CIRCLE reponds to incidents involving unhoused individuals that are not violent, criminal or medically urgent.
