  7. Presentations
    1. Isaac Lemus, Project Coordinator for 206 Montreal would like to present their project again with a request to amend the original conditions of support.  The only item they would like to amend is the landscaping height limit in the front yard as their design is proposing trees in the same location of the existing trees in the front yard.  There will only be a single tree proposed in the same location as the existing trees and it will only have a maximum maturity height of 30′.
      1. Public Comment.
      2. Board discussion to follow on the written correspondence received by the NCWP from the neighbor.  They would be happy to meet with Isaac, the owners, or anyone else at the property. Not to argue, as they just may not know the effect of their new amendment. I think they could see the effect a 30’ tree would have, and especially if other neighbors new landscape plans blunted his project from his own Ocean or Marina views. I would expect that to become a predictable problem. A tree specimen choice should not be that big a deal. However, any amendment, asking for a maximum maturity height of 30′ is consistent with objections of the neighbors and they would withdrawl and cancel any previous support of his project based on this new amendment.
      3. Board Q & A with discussion to follow.
      4. Discussion and possible motion to support or deny the requested amendment.
  8. Discussion Calendar and related Public comment
  9. Public Comment – non-agenda items (limited to 1 minute per speaker unless otherwise declared by the President or presiding director.  Public comment on agendized items will be called as each agenda item is brought forward.)
