We will be joined by Don Duckworth Executive Director of the Westchester Town Center/ Business Improvement District.
Don will discuss the vision for the Town Center moving forward.

Form a Task Force that will facilitate the Committee creating a Library/Catalog of the Committees body of work over the last several years. The product should be something that’s readily available to the public via our website and/or other media outlets available to the Neighborhood Council.

Moving forward. The Chair is working with CD11 and the Planning Department to have Planning staff present and explain to the Committee how the Community Plan Update will impact/interface with the Housing Element, Special Overlays, Affordable Housing Overlays and Community Plan Implementation Overlays.
