Discussion of proposed digital advertising signage at Metro locations.

Note: Westside Regional Alliance of Councils has voted against digital advertising on August 21, 2023.

Discussion and possible letter of support for draft of resolution in support of establishing a Capital Infrastructure Plan for the City of Los Angeles’ Public Right of Way. (see attachments)

3.

Discussion and possible drafting of a response to both Streets for All and Mayor Karen Bass proposal to consider the transforming of the 90 Freeway into new residential, retail, open space and reduced roadway. Review Pro’s and Con’s of the proposal and consider other government agencies that should provide feedback on the proposed transformation.

4.

Future topics to consider for Government Affairs Committee.
