Discuss and possible motion to approve improvements to the NCWP secondary meeting and storage space at the Westchester Municipal building, to include painting walls, purchasing a storage rack & storage bins for promotional items and office supplies, a printer, supplies and paper, and chair dollies for storage of NCWP owned chairs in community room, with expense not to exceed $2,500.

Discuss and possible motion to approve Community Plan Ad Hoc Committee’s request for outreach materials (i.e. fliers/postcards) to be distributed at the Westchester Farmers Market and other locations the Board deems appropriate, with an expense not to exceed $1,500.00.
