    3. Motion to approve grant request from Westchester Townhouse for $1500 for new external doors and emergency exit safety devices.
    4. Motion to approve grant request from Marina del Rey Anglers for $1500 for their Youth Fishing programs.
    5. Motion to approve grant request from Airport Marina Counseling Services (AMCS) for $1500 for At Risk Youth programs.
    6. Motion to approve payment of Moore Business Results invoices for website maintenance not to exceed $1100
    7. Motion to approve revision of monthly fee for website emailing tool (Mailchimp) from $25 to $30 per month due to increased number of subscribers.
    8. Motion to approve $1500 expenditure for Star of the Neighborhood Entry in the 2018 Westchester July 4 parade.
    9. Motion to approve expenditure not to exceed $200 to update Star of the Neighborhood perpetual trophy.
    10. Motion to approve expenditure not to exceed $500 for election related outreach events such as First Fridays, Farmers Markets, etc.
    11. Motion to approve expenditure not to exceed $3000 for NCWP branded promotional items.
    12. Motion to approve expenditure not to exceed $2400 for 2019 Health Fair (Seniors/Outreach)
    13. Motion to approve expenditure not to exceed $500 for Rock, Roll and Run 1K/5K (Ed/Outreach)
    14. Motion to approve expenditure not to exceed $1200 for banners and advertising materials related to NC election and general outreach (Outreach)
    15. Motion to approve expenditure not to exceed $1500 for materials to fill CERT backpacks for outreach events (Public Safety/Outreach)
    16. Motion to approve expenditure not to exceed $2250 for the January Community Dinner for food, paper goods, entertainment, decorations, etc.
    17. Motion to approve creation of "People Project" by Homeless Committee. 
    18. Motion to approve appointment of new board members Sue Fisher (Religious) and Naomi Waka (Senior Citizens)
    19. Motion to approve appointments of Sue Fischer and Naomi Waka to Homeless Committee
    20. Motion to create Live Broadcast ad hoc committee to identify options for live broadcast of NCWP meetings.
    21. Motion to approve request to Councilman Bonin to request CD 11 to provide staffing and support for the Westchester/Playa Community Plan Update
    22. Motion to set aside $1500 annually for the Education Committee to identify grant recipients among Westchester/Playa public schools.
