      1. Approval of Minutes of previous Board meeting
      2. Receive and file the Treasurer's Report
      3. Motion to support a Conditional Use Permit to allow the sale and dispensing of a full line of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption in conjunction with the operation of an existing restaurant with outdoor dining [Tocaya Organica] located at 12150 Millenium Drive, Unit 101 with 4,663 square-feet, 115 seats and hours of operation from 11:00 am – 10:00 pm, daily.
    2. Discussion Calendar
      1. Motion to support proposed project for 8521 S Sepulveda Blvd with conditions: 1) Lease language shall specify tenant move-in / move-out restricted to non-peak traffic hours; 2) Garage exit “No Left Turn / Right Turn Only” signage specified at the maximum dimensions allowable per ordinance; 3) Heavy duty delineators installed on Manchester Avenue to block illegal left turns out of property’s garage; 4) Continued effort to accommodate guest parking; 5)Further efforts with CD11 to provide curbside loading zone designations; 6) Developer commitment to remove 5 Ficus trees and repair sidewalks on Manchester Avenue, adjacent to property’s garage entrance; 7) Developer to provide application facilitation and financing of preferential parking in R1 area immediately behind property based on 2 cars per household for 3 years, if requested by R1 neighbors.
