  1. Discuss Mayor Eric Garcetti's "Resilient Los Angeles" proposal and how the Westchester/Playa Neighborhood council can help prepare neigborhoods for potential disasters (see page 61 of Resilient Los Angeles proposal).  Propose potential motion to full council.

  2. Discuss any other aspect of Public Safety that the committee can address.
