PUBLIC INPUT AT NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL MEETINGS - The public is requested to dial *9, when prompted by the presiding officer, to address the Board on any agenda item before the Board takes an action on an item. Comments from the public on agenda items will be heard only when the respective item is being considered. Comments from the public on other matters not appearing on the agenda that are within the Board?s jurisdiction will be heard during the General Public Comment period.   Please note that under the Brown Act, the Board is prevented from acting on a matter that you bring to its attention during the General Public Comment period; however, the issue raised by a member of the public may become the subject of a future Board meeting.   4. 8618 S. Sepulveda Blvd., Westchester/OHNI Medical Office

    Background: 2nd presentation to PLUC. Applicant is requesting the addition of a 2,585 sq. ft. partial 4th floorand roof deck, structural retrofit, facade remodel, the addition of a planter along the frontage, a canopy, new signage to an existing 20,204 sq. ft. medical office building. At 1st presentation applicant was instructed to provide written verification from the Westchester Parking Association that the applicant had the required 45 parking spaces for the project.

  5. Loyola Marymount University (LMU) Master Plan Amendment

    Background: 5th presentation to PLUC. Applicant is requesting an amendment to their Master Plan ( Los Angeles City Ordinance 181605) that would allow the reallocation of their already approved square footage among three use categories on campus: Academic/Administrative, Residential and Athletic indoors. This would allow LMU to keep Gersten Pavillon in use for practices, training, recovery stations, academic center, coaches offices and other ancillary athletic uses after construction of the university's new venue. The revised amendment reduces the amount of approved square footage LMU could transfer from one category to another.
