    Background: First presentation at PLUC. A new preschool (Young Minds Learning Academy) is proposed at 8065 S Emerson Avenue, involving the conversion of 3,315 sq ft of building area within an existing church (Westchester United Methodist Church) to five (5-6) classrooms and administrative offices and the installation of a playground area and fencing.

    Background: Second presentation at PLUC. LMU requesting an amendment to the Master Plan for its on-campus built environment. Increase from 457,000 sq ft "net new" for Academic/Admin purposes to 1,779,000 sq ft "net new" for Academic, Admin or Athletic purposes. Note: original 3 ordinances relating to LMU Master and Specifical Plan are posted to the PLUC web page.
