PUBLIC INPUT AT NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL MEETINGS - The public is requested to dial *9, when prompted by the presiding officer, to address the Board on any agenda item before the Board takes an action on an item. Comments from the public on agenda items will be heard only when the respective item is being considered. Comments from the public on other matters not appearing on the agenda that are within the Board?s jurisdiction will be heard during the General Public Comment period.   Please note that under the Brown Act, the Board is prevented from acting on a matter that you bring to its attention during the General Public Comment period; however, the issue raised by a member of the public may become the subject of a future Board meeting. Public comment is limited to 2 minutes per speaker, unless adjusted by the presiding officer of the Board.

  2. Howard Hughes Los Angeles (HHLA)

    6081 Center Dr. 

    Background: Application for a Master Conditional Use permit to allow the sale and dispensing of a full line of alcoholic beverages with an option for beer & wine at 21 establishments within an existing shopping center. Twelve of the estalishments are propsed for on-site consumption and nine are proposed for on-and-off-site consumption, off-site beer and wine only. Hours of operation Sunday - Saturday 6:00 AM - 2:00 Am.

  3. 210 Montreal St. Playa del Rey

    Background: Second presentation by applicant for the construction of a new 3 story single family dwelling with a basement and a maximum height of 45 feet on a vacant lot. Project includes the construction of retaining walls and a request haul route of 5,600 cubic yards of earth.

    Background: Demolition of an existing 1,214 sq. ft. single family dwelling and the construction of a new two story single family dwelling over a street level garage and basement.

    6,192 sq. ft. with a maximum height of 45 ft. with an additional 5 ft. rooftop elevator housing.
