PUBLIC INPUT AT NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL MEETINGS - The public is requested to dial *9, when prompted by the presiding officer, to address the Board on any agenda item before the Board takes an action on an item. Comments from the public on agenda items will be heard only when the respective item is being considered. Comments from the public on other matters not appearing on the agenda that are within the Board?s jurisdiction will be heard during the General Public Comment period.   Please note that under the Brown Act, the Board is prevented from acting on a matter that you bring to its attention during the General Public Comment period; however, the issue raised by a member of the public may become the subject of a future Board meeting. Public comment is limited to 2 minutes per speaker, unless adjusted by the presiding officer of the Board.

    Background: 2nd presentation to PLUC for the demolition of an existing home and construction of a new two story approximately 4,803 sq. ft. single family dwelling with an approximately 1,300 sq. ft. ground level basement with a maximum height of 45 ft. in the Coastal Zone.

  5. 12746 W. Jefferson Blvd., 12751 and 12775 Millennium, Playa Vista

    Runway at Playa Vista

    Background: First presentation to PLUC. Applicant requests a modification to their existing sign permit. All signs are intended to improve wayfinding within the site, by both vehicles and pedestrians. They are also consistent with the new, simplified color palette and branding of the project.

    Airport Center Project

    Background: Applicant is requesting Site Plan Review and a Vesting Tentative Tract Map to convert an existing 7 story office building with 224,013 sq. ft. of floor area to support 356 hotels rooms, 6104 sq. ft. of ground floor commercial, 14 commercial condos and retain the 908 parking space structure.
