  4. IV MOTIONS/DISCUSSION/ACTION:

    A. Discussion and possible committee recommendations, including Budgets and calendar dates to the NCWPDR Board to identify Outreach opportunities In the next year.

    B. Discussion and possible committee recommendation to the NCWPDR Board to be more active on social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter.) Possibly select a sub committee to oversee our Outreach efforts in print and social media.

    C. Discussion and possible committee action to the NCWPDR Board to authorize the Outreach Chair and  Committee members to  participate in pop up opportunities to promote NC and engage stakeholders. 

    D.Discussion and possible committee recommendation to the NCWPDR Board that all committee chairs meet quarterly to discuss issues and opportunities to work together.

    E. Discussion and possible committee action to the NCWPDR Board To recommend each committee chair be given certain months to contribute/write artical in Hometown News.
