You must register to join. The virtual presentation will be 30 minutes and the public hearing will begin at the conclusion of the virtual presentation. Individuals who wish to provide oral testimony can register in advance. Each speaker will be limited to 3 minutes in order to provide everyone an opportunity to speak. The oral comments will become part of the document record; responses will be provided in the Final EA.
