  4. We will discuss the details of our health fair scheduled for April 21st.  We will once again follow up on the ideas discussed at our last meeting regarding subject matter, assignments and publicizing the event.

  5. We will remind everyone of our change of venue for upcoming meetings for next year.   We will be meeting at the Westchester Senior Center after January 1st.

  6. We will discuss our website and how we wish to enhance it.  Please review the current pages that are now part of the site.   This will be even more important in light of the fact that we will used our proposed flyer to draw people to the website.  

  7. We will cover budgetary items that should be put on the agenda for the Neighborhood Council at their next meeting in January.  

  8. Announcements from all organizations.

  9. Meeting Ajourns.

The public is requested to fill out a SPEAKER CARD to address the Board on any item of the agenda prior to the Board taking action on an item. Comments from the public on Agenda items will be heard only when the respective item is being considered. Comments from the public on other matters not appearing on the Agenda that is within the Boards subject matter jurisdiction will be heard during the Public Comment period. Public comment is limited to 2 minutes per speaker, unless waived by the presiding officer of the Board.
